Be clear and specific Focus on what sets your nominee apart - avoid general statements like "they are amazing" or "everyone loves them", instead give examples of what they've done that shows why they are outstanding. Address the criteria directly Each award category has specific criteria. Use these as a guide and structure your nomination to respond to them. Bring their work to life by explaining what they did, how they did it and why it mattered. Include evidence and statistics if they are available.
